Monster Smash is a fast-paced family-friendly(ish) card game. Easy to learn, quick to play, fun for hours!
Choose your monster, then prepare to
ATTACK your opponents to steal their cards
DEFEND against players who target you
COLLECT enough cards to declare victory
SURVIVE and be the last player standing!
The game is played using cards and can be won in 2 different ways: by collecting cards (6 of your own suit, or 15 cards total) or by being the last player standing!
Each turn starts by drawing cards. You may then 'burn' cards - this allows you to discard cards from your hand and draw half the number from the deck, meaning you can swap some of the cards you don't need for a chance of getting the ones you want! You can then attack - using your own suit (and up to 1 card of another suit) to target another player and try to reduce their cards.
When a player runs out of cards, they are out!
But nobody stays out for long. Monster Smash is fast, fun, and great for all ages.

Processing Time for Returns
Returns are processed the day of receipt and will be reflected on your bank statement within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. Return shipping fees for such items will be added to the customer's account as store credit.
Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Exchanges
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

Opened packs of trading cards

Opened boxes or sealed products

Perishable goods (such as Sealed Product)

Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
Return Method for Restricted Items
Items such as opened trading card packs or sealed products cannot be returned once opened. If you have questions about specific items, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Gift Returns
Gift returns will be processed as store credit for the value of the item, provided proof of purchase or a gift receipt is provided.
Damaged/Defective Item Handling
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please photograph the damage upon delivery and email the photos to us through our contact page within 24 hours. If the damage is not reported within this time frame, your return request may be rejected. We will assess the issue and determine the best solution, including issuing a refund or replacement.
Refunding Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., expired credit card), we will issue a refund via store credit.
Order Modifications
Orders can be modified until they are shipped out. Modifications can generally be made within 1–3 business days of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, modifications cannot be made.

Refunds for Special Events or Tournaments
Event entry fees are refundable up to 24 hours before the event begins. If you cannot attend an event and contact us within 24 hours with a legitimate reason or emergency, your refund request may be considered at our discretion. Refunds are not available after the 24-hour period.
Over Restricted Limits

Exceeding Purchase Limits: Desert City Games reserves the right to adjust the order. This may include canceling items that exceed the limit, adjusting quantities, or issuing a refund for the excess purchase.

Refunds for Over-Limit Purchases: Any orders that exceed purchase limits will be refunded for the excess amount or canceled, at the store’s discretion.
Desert City Games Return Discretion

Order Rejection: The store reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders that appear fraudulent, violate store policies, or are placed in error.

Full Discretion: Refunds may be issued for rejected orders, but the store has full discretion in determining the eligibility for a refund based on the circumstances. Refunds for canceled or rejected orders are not guaranteed, and decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
