Listen to this story, traveler, for I will only tell it once:
A long time ago, the greatest sorcery duel took place. The most powerful wizard, Gill Alhama'at, faced two of the Six Sages, Fiethsing and Zero, fighting for the life of the young Kaguya, princess of Millennia. While the sages failed to defeat him, they did manage make him retreat, but at a high cost: the sage of the wind, Fiethsing, died, protecting the young girl's life.
The world never recovered from such a tragedy. And neither did Kaguya, who cried inconsolably for her adoptive mother. But power calls to power, and every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Using the ancient magic that Alhama'at sought to destroy, Kaguya, with the help of another wizard, Flute, altered the flow of time. The hands of the clock turned back, hours turning into days and days into weeks. Kaguya did not stop until she had gone back beyond what made Alhama'at the evil wizard he was.
And so, the evil Gill Alhama'at never existed. He never ended Fiethsing's life, and time continued its course, advancing inexorably towards a different future. But for Kaguya nothing changed. Fiethsing was alive, but Kaguya knew that the sage wasn’t the same person, so she decided to never met again. Our story ends, if not happily, at least bittersweet.

At Desert City Games, we strive to provide a positive shopping experience for all of our customers. Please review our refund and return policy below for further details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Processing Time for Returns
Returns are processed the day of receipt and will be reflected on your bank statement within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. Return shipping fees for such items will be added to the customer's account as store credit.
Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Exchanges
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

Opened packs of trading cards

Opened boxes or sealed products

Perishable goods (such as Sealed Product)

Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
Return Method for Restricted Items
Items such as opened trading card packs or sealed products cannot be returned once opened. If you have questions about specific items, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Gift Returns
Gift returns will be processed as store credit for the value of the item, provided proof of purchase or a gift receipt is provided.
Damaged/Defective Item Handling
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please photograph the damage upon delivery and email the photos to us through our contact page within 24 hours. If the damage is not reported within this time frame, your return request may be rejected. We will assess the issue and determine the best solution, including issuing a refund or replacement.
Refunding Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., expired credit card), we will issue a refund via store credit.
Order Modifications
Orders can be modified until they are shipped out. Modifications can generally be made within 1–3 business days of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, modifications cannot be made.

Refunds for Special Events or Tournaments
Event entry fees are refundable up to 24 hours before the event begins. If you cannot attend an event and contact us within 24 hours with a legitimate reason or emergency, your refund request may be considered at our discretion. Refunds are not available after the 24-hour period.
Over Restricted Limits

Exceeding Purchase Limits: Desert City Games reserves the right to adjust the order. This may include canceling items that exceed the limit, adjusting quantities, or issuing a refund for the excess purchase.

Refunds for Over-Limit Purchases: Any orders that exceed purchase limits will be refunded for the excess amount or canceled, at the store’s discretion.
Desert City Games Return Discretion

Order Rejection: The store reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders that appear fraudulent, violate store policies, or are placed in error.

Full Discretion: Refunds may be issued for rejected orders, but the store has full discretion in determining the eligibility for a refund based on the circumstances. Refunds for canceled or rejected orders are not guaranteed, and decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
