Prophecy
When the first golden rays of sun break upon our land, it will herald the birth of a new era of darkness. Shadows will roam the earth, harvesting souls and paving the way for the rise of a false god yet unknown. Only the one blessed by celestial light from beyond the stars shall summon the forces of water, fire, and wind to harness lightning from the heavens and stave off the chaos that threatens to consume our world.
The World Now
Amid a budding battlefield, new alliances and factions emerge. With the most formidable contender, Lu Bu, missing, the race to the throne escalates as the remaining contenders split into their own factions. Wu, led by Sun Quan and supported by the Sun family, holds the Imperial Seal, relentlessly searching for the hidden throne and the Seal’s true purpose. Wei, under Cao Cao, has recently suffered a significant defeat at the hands of Liu Bei and her new alliance with Kongming. Shaken by the power of the possessed, Cao Cao faces a critical dilemma–will she forsake her morality and pursue the magical grimoire? Meanwhile, the newest faction Shu, led by Liu Bei and her sisters, have felt the tides turn in their favor with the grimoire and Kongming’s aid. Yet, Liu Bei is conflicted watching her relationship with Jin unravel as he succumbs to the demonic influence.
Conflict
Tensions between factions rise as they prepare for the impending battle at Chibi. Aer rigorous trials and negotiations, Sun Quan agrees to ally with Liu Bei and Kongming in the upcoming battle. Yet, the two leaders seem to be unsettled seeing the effect of the grimoire on Jin. Feeling responsible, Kongming seeks out her mentor only to find him with his hand stained in blood. With this, a new threat to Sanguo is awakened, forcing former enemies to unite if they hope to defeat a demi-god. Time is running out as Guo Jia gathers the Shenju, and Kongming must choose a side and face her greatest fears: her own inner demons.

Processing Time for Returns
Returns are processed the day of receipt and will be reflected on your bank statement within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. Return shipping fees for such items will be added to the customer's account as store credit.
Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Exchanges
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

Perishable goods (such as Sealed Product)

Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
Return Method for Restricted Items
Items such as opened trading card packs or sealed products cannot be returned once opened. If you have questions about specific items, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Gift Returns
Gift returns will be processed as store credit for the value of the item, provided proof of purchase or a gift receipt is provided.
Damaged/Defective Item Handling
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please photograph the damage upon delivery and email the photos to us through our contact page within 24 hours. If the damage is not reported within this time frame, your return request may be rejected. We will assess the issue and determine the best solution, including issuing a refund or replacement.
Refunding Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., expired credit card), we will issue a refund via store credit.
Order Modifications
Orders can be modified until they are shipped out. Modifications can generally be made within 1–3 business days of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, modifications cannot be made.

Refunds for Special Events or Tournaments
Event entry fees are refundable up to 24 hours before the event begins. If you cannot attend an event and contact us within 24 hours with a legitimate reason or emergency, your refund request may be considered at our discretion. Refunds are not available after the 24-hour period.
Over Restricted Limits

Exceeding Purchase Limits: Desert City Games reserves the right to adjust the order. This may include canceling items that exceed the limit, adjusting quantities, or issuing a refund for the excess purchase.

Refunds for Over-Limit Purchases: Any orders that exceed purchase limits will be refunded for the excess amount or canceled, at the store’s discretion.

Order Rejection: The store reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders that appear fraudulent, violate store policies, or are placed in error.

Full Discretion: Refunds may be issued for rejected orders, but the store has full discretion in determining the eligibility for a refund based on the circumstances. Refunds for canceled or rejected orders are not guaranteed, and decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
